Meet our Sales Director, Frankie Walsh! Frankie oversees our sales team, handles both in-person and virtual appointments, and also does the buying for our stones. As well as always keeping an eye out for trendy and unique pieces to bring in! Frankie has always loved accessories, diamonds and all things that sparkle! When she started working at Pandora at 19, and later became a manager for Jared, she knew she would be in the jewelry industry for a long time. After overseeing a repair shop, and learning the ins and outs of the craftsmanship, she found her home here at Gage Diamonds and has been a crucial part of our team for about 2 years! Frankie enjoys meeting with clients, watching the process unfold from start to finish, and working with clients to create something truly special. Frankie said “It’s such an exciting time in their lives and having the ability to be creative and help them make their vision come to life, it is truly the most rewarding job.” 

Of course Frankie isn’t all business! She has always been an emerald girl, and grew up wearing jewelry, specifically a green emerald! The classy, timeless, and little bold aspect of emerald cuts fit Frankies personality the best! Fun fact, when Frankie got engaged last year, she never even considered any other cut (despite her own advice of always keeping an open mind, and trying everything on and enjoying the process!) If Frankies on aux at the office, she's playing Ariana Grande radio– no question! When asked "if you could design a piece of jewelry for any celebrity, who would it be?", frankies mind immediately went to the Kardashians! Specifically Kris, “they have such a cool collection, and I know it would be extravagant– which would be so much fun to create!” 

Frankie truly is the heart and soul of Gage Diamonds and we couldn't survive without her! Always willing to help, giving 100% energy and a positive attitude every single day, Frankie is the best in the business! 

Meet our Luxury Sales Consultant, Maya Barr! Maya interned with Gage in 2018 and found her way back a little over a year ago! Maya takes in person and virtual appointments working with clients to create dream pieces! Maya has always loved the idea of being part of people's most special moments– engagement, birthday or just because. “I have always been so drawn to working with beautiful things, and working with diamonds- just felt like the perfect fit!” Maya’s favorite part of the ring making process is seeing the finished piece come to life. Seeing the details come together and knowing it's about to make such a big moment in someone’s life is the best feeling for her! After taking appointments and clients for over a year, Maya advises everyone to take your time and think about what really matters to you– whether it’s the style, diamond shape or meaning behind it. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and to trust your gut! At the end of the day, we’re here to help you find something that feels right for you! 

Now that you know what makes them sparkle professionally, let’s uncover a few fun facts about Maya! Her favorite cut is an oval, due to their elegance, how it flatters the finger, and how it has the perfect mix of sparkle and softness! But on the other hand, Maya’s personality matches a radiant cut the best– warm, and full of energy! It has a classical feel with a little extra sparkle, which is a great reflection of Maya! When it’s her turn for aux in the office, Justin Bieber is always the first choice, he just knows how to put everyone in a good mood! With that being said, Maya would love to design a ring/jewelry piece for Hailey Bieber! Her style is super clean and minimal but still elevated, which totally aligns with the kind of pieces Maya loves to create. Something timeless with a modern twist!

Despite just recently joining our team, Grace has always been drawn to creativity, beauty, and fits in with our team perfectly! After graduating from the University of Alabama in 2023, Grace knew that becoming a jeweler would not only be a perfect way to bring her passions together, but knew that she wanted to work with couples and be creative! Grace said “There’s something really special about being a small part of such a meaningful moment and working with clients to find the perfect ring to represent their love and commitment to one another.” Grace loves love and is committed to making sure every one of her clients is in love with their new piece! 

But there's more to our specialist than meets the eye! If Grace’s personality was a diamond cut it would be a sparkly pink radiant cut, combining elegance and beauty! Fun fact, Grace got engaged with a beautiful oval cut ring in 2024! Always bringing the good vibes and energy, Grace’s aux choice is Migos and would want to design a piece for Miley Cyrus!
