As many of our items are uniquely hand-crafted and made to order, the time from placing your order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. 

You will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to arrive after receiving your shipping confirmation email. Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 2 business days to show up on the carrier's website.

We understand that on most occasions jewelry is being gifted for a special occasion such as an engagement or anniversary. If you need your item for a particular date, please contact us at to see if special arrangements can be made before placing your order.

On most items we are able to offer standard Overnight shipping with FedEx for an additional fee. If you wish to upgrade your shipping, please email us at Please note that expedited shipping does not change the estimated ship out date.

Gage Diamonds is committed to timely delivery of your purchase. However, please note that delivery delays due to weather, carrier issues, incorrect addresses or missing delivery dates are beyond our control.


For your protection, Gage Diamonds always:

  1. Insures all shipments.
  2. Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical home or business address. Gage Diamonds cannot ship to a PO BOX address.
  3. Requires a signature upon receipt for all orders over $500.

Please note that after your item has shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable. 


Your item will arrive to you in an unmarked FedEx or USPS box and the contents will be lovingly gift wrapped by our retail team.
