Do you have a retail location?

Do you offer warranties on the jewelry I purchase from Gage Diamonds?

Gage Diamonds offers 6 months of free maintenance with purchases of engagement rings, wedding rings, and fine jewelry totaling $500 or more. Learn more about our complimentary after-care program here. We are unable to offer maintenance on any pieces that have been serviced by a jeweler other than Gage Diamonds.

What if I want additional protection for my purchase?

Gage Diamonds offers a 3-year aftercare plan for $250, which includes free resizing, free melee diamond replacements, free cleaning or polishing, free appraisals, and a free jewelry cleaning kit. The 3-year aftercare plan can be purchased here.

How do I find my ring size?

As our engagement rings and wedding bands are made to order, choosing the correct size is essential to protect the strength and integrity of the ring. Additionally, certain metals and styles are unable to be resized.

Can I resize my ring?

Complimentary resizing will only be offered for a resizing of 1.5 full ring sizes from the original ring size (for example, from a size 6.5 to a size 8.0 or from a size 6.5 to a size 5.0). Any resizing greater than 1.5 full ring sizes will incur a fee depending on the ring style and metal. Please note, certain metals and styles, like eternity bands, cannot be resized once made.

Does Gage Diamonds include Insurance Appraisals with purchases?

We offer $25 insurance appraisals by a GIA Gemologist on all engagement rings, wedding bands, watches and fine jewelry. Insurance appraisals will be sent as a PDF document via email. Please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your item for your appraisal to be sent. Insurance Appraisals are non-refundable.

Does Gage Diamonds offer Insurance?

We are not an insurance company and we do not provide insurance for your item(s). You must obtain your own insurance. We recommend getting insurance through Jewelers Mutual or by adding your item(s) to your Homeowner’s or Renters insurance policy.

Why can’t I find the diamond I purchased on your website?

All of our diamonds (natural and lab-grown) are one of a kind. Once you purchase a specific diamond, it is taken out of stock.

Can I upgrade my diamond?

Gage Diamonds offers a lifetime diamond upgrade program on all GIA-certified diamonds. You will receive credit up to 80% of the original price (excluding any applicable sales taxes) toward the purchase of a new diamond. Please note that you will not receive credit for the value of your setting. The credit value is based solely on the value of the diamond. Learn more about our diamond upgrade program here.

Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?

If you require a change to your order, please contact us at engage@gagediamonds.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed into production you may incur a restocking fee.

Why was I charged a restocking fee?

Each piece at Gage Diamonds is made-to-order and created with the utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship. Because of this, you may incur a restocking fee on any returned items. For more information on returns and restocking fees, please visit our Returns Policy page.

FINANCING

How do I apply for a loan?

You can initiate an application with Lendfirm by visiting our Financing page.

What do I need to apply for a loan?

The loan process requires minimal information to verify your identity and establish a credit amount. You will need to provide either a valid US driver’s license, passport, or state ID; your most recent bank statement; a valid checking out and in certain cases your most recent pay stub or proof of income. LendFirm. may also require further documentation to verify your information. At this time, Lendfirm does not accept prepaid or online-only banks.

Will I get approved for financing?

Yes. Lendfirm offers 100% approvals with a few basic conditions, including the ability to verify your identity and income. Requirements include proof of income, a valid driver's license, your social security number and a checking account with direct deposit.

If I have bad credit, can I still apply?

Whether you have poor credit from bankruptcy, no credit history or bad credit LendFirm will take a holistic approach and evaluate consumers on several different criteria to make an approval decision.

Does LendFirm perform a credit check?

LendFirm does perform a hard credit inquiry during the application process. Inquiries may or may not affect your FICO score. For many people, one additional credit inquiry (voluntary and initiated by an application for credit) may not affect their FICO score at all.

Does LendFirm charge any fees or interest?

Lendfirm currently offers interest rates as low as 4.95% APR, over a 12 or 24-month term, payable in equal installments. Lendfirm does not charge any fees or early payment penalties, however, a down payment may be required.

Can I finance my entire purchase?

Yes. Lendfirm offers 100% financing up to $10k, based on your qualifying loan terms.

How do I use my loan?

If you have a down payment, you will be required to input your credit card information to cover that amount, and the loan will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout. If your purchase exceeds your loan amount, you will be required to input your credit card information to cover the remaining amount.

Do I have to put a down payment?

For most borrowers, Lendfirm does not require a down payment at all. For some borrowers, LendFirm may require a down payment of up to 50%.

How will I know when I have been approved?

Online applicants will receive an email notification when approved.

What are the terms for financing?

LendFirm offers 12 or 24-month term loans with interest rates as low as 4.95% that are payable in equal installments. There are no application fees or prepayment fees. What you see at checkout is always what you’ll pay.

When are my payments due?

Your payment schedule will mirror your pay dates from your employer. Your schedule can be found in your loan documents.

How do I make my scheduled payments?

All payments are withdrawn directly from the checking account you provided when applying for your loan. Payments are withdrawn on the same schedule as your regular payment schedule from your employer.

Why did LendFirm charge payment(s) before I received my item?

To make sure that there are funds available in your account, LendFirm charges your account on the days that you are paid. Payments do begin on the pay date after you checkout, and it is perfectly normal to make at least one payment before you receive your item.

How long is my loan valid?

Loans expire 30 days from the date of approval. If your loan expires and you wish to finance your purchase, you will need to re-apply with Lendfirm.

Can I apply for another loan before I have paid off my current loan?

LendFirm will accept applications from current borrowers. However, your current balance and payment history will have an impact on the approval decision and the amount of credit that can be extended.

How do I return and get a refund for my purchase?

LendFirm will refund any payments made less any return fees. If the return fees exceed the total amount of payments made, then payments will not be refunded and you will still be required to maintain the payment schedule until the remaining balance is paid in full.

What happens to my payments if the merchant gives me a partial refund?

Any refunds will be applied to your account and adjustments will be made. You are still required to maintain the payment schedule until the remaining balance is paid in full.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

When can I expect to receive my order?

Unless noted as a “Ready to Ship” item, all of our pieces are made to order and will ship in 10-15 business days, which are Monday through Friday, except the legal public holidays. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

Why do orders take 10-15 business days to ship?

Unlike big-box jewelers who mass produce their jewelry, each piece at Gage Diamonds is made-to-order and created with the utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship. Every piece is then meticulously examined by quality control to ensure your piece meets our exceptionally high standards.

Where can I find my order status?

Your order status is listed under ‘Orders’ in your account profile. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email engage@gagediamonds.com

What does ‘Awaiting Fulfillment’ mean?

This means your order is in production with our custom jeweler. Once your order has shipped, your order status will be updated accordingly.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We require that all deliveries be made to a physical home or business address. Gage Diamonds cannot ship to a PO BOX.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders are eligible for complimentary 2-day shipping with FedEx.

Do you require a signature upon delivery?

Yes. All deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt.

Can you ship my package to a FedEx location to be held for pick up?

Yes. Please contact engage@gagediamonds.com if you need to make special shipping arrangements. Please note that any alternate shipping requests can not be guaranteed once the package has left our office.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Yes. Please contact engage@gagediamonds.com if you need to make special shipping arrangements. Please note that any alternate shipping requests can not be guaranteed once the package has left our office.

Are your shipments insured?

Yes, all of our shipments are 100% insured by FedEx.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, then simply return your package and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked. Restrictions may apply. Please review the full terms and conditions here.

How do I return an item?

If you'd like to return an item please contact Gage Diamonds at least 2 business days before your 30-day return window by emailing us at engage@gagediamonds.com. Please include your order number in the email.
