WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly. In addition, we use images that are provided to us by our vendors, which in most cases are computer renderings of the actual product. While these computer renderings provide a good representation of the actual product, they may look considerably different then the actual product in real life.

We provide the measurement of our products based on the information that our vendor's have provided. We have not verified the Slight tolerances that may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing. Width tolerance on machine made wedding bands of 0.20mm is allowed. Cast manufactured rings can vary slightly more.

For diamond jewelry set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. Color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average depending on the number of diamonds. If stated as a minimum, all diamonds within the piece are at or above the stated quality. If expressed as an average, collectively the quality is equal to or exceeds the grade stated.

Gage Diamonds does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Gage Diamonds is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its unused condition.

PRICING

Prices may be inaccurately displayed on our website due to system errors or because the vendor has provided us old or incorrect information. While we try our best to avoid these errors, they still may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

SALES TAX

If Gage Diamonds is not required to collect sales tax on your purchase, you may be required to pay taxes directly to the state or your local tax authority. For more information we recommend that you consult with your tax advisor.

DIAMOND CERTIFICATES

When you order a certified loose diamond, we will ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (also called a diamond certificate). These grading reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at diamond grading laboratories - making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond. If you do not include the diamond grading report with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee of $200.

DISCOUNT CODES

Customers who make a purchase during an offer period and meet the qualification requirements will be eligible to receive stated discount or promotion. Discount codes and promotions are redeemable online and in-store. Cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards; not redeemable for cash. Unless otherwise stated, cannot be used in combination with any other discount codes or promotions. One-time use; unused credit will be forefeited. No returns. Discount codes and offers cannot be applied retroactively. If promotion includes gift with purchase and an item(s) from a purchase is returned, and the remaining value of the purchase is less than the qualifying amount, then the gift with purchase must also be returned. If the gift with purchase has already been shipped to a purchaser who wishes to make a return, then the purchaser must ship the offered jewelry back to Gage Diamonds, or its retail value will be deducted from any return credit. Gage Diamonds may also refuse to verify and process any transaction Gage Diamonds deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on Gage Diamonds, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. YOUR ORDER

Gage Diamonds reserves the right to cancel products or services to any customer for any reason at any time. The customer's sole remedy in such cases will be the full refund of any funds that we have collected in reference to the canceled products and/or services.

If you have received financing through our financing partner to pay for part or all of your products or services and the finance company notifies us that you have failed to make a scheduled payment before we have delivered any products or services to you then the delivery of the products or services will be put on hold until the finance company has notified Gage Diamonds that they have resolved the issue. If the finance company notifies Gage Diamonds that they have terminated the Loan Agreement with you then Gage Diamonds will place the delivery of the products or services on hold for up to two weeks and will not remove the hold until you can pay for the products or services in full. If you fail to pay for your products or services in full then Gage Diamonds reserves the right to cancel products or services to you.

Alterations to orders currently in process void the complimentary 6-month aftercare program, return and exchange policies.
