Paula Halo Setting

I got this setting to pair with a 4.01ct diamond. First I got a call from Lauren who showed me several different options, and actually this setting was paired with a different diamond. I was waffling saying I liked this setting but with the other diamond. When she told me that I was as they say in Vegas "All In". I was excited and was looking forward to getting the ring in a couple of weeks. Then I got an update from Claire about a week later, (que the ominous music). The size of the stone was going to extend how long it took to receive from 2 weeks to over a month. I can't say at that point I wasn't a bit bummed, but hey you don't want the stone to fall out of the ring right! Well they surprised me again because about a week and a half later Claire surprised me by letting me know the setting came back early and I would be getting the ring earlier. I made the plans to ask my girlfriend to marry me, the ring arrived on time. She said "yes" by the way, and is currently having a grand old time showing off her new ring to her 2 unmarried younger sisters lol!
